The below policy applied on all purchases from Walkin Closet store and www.walkinclosetshop.com

Return Policy:

All Items should be returned new, unused, unwashed and with all designer tags and security tag still attached.

Please note that for local in store and online purchases, customers can return/ exchange within 14 days for Casual Wear, home accessories, stationery and shoes only.

The item should be brought back to the shop, or we can arrange to collect it (Pickup charges to be borne by the customer).

If you are based outside Kuwait, you may return your purchase of goods with proof of purchase within 20 days of receiving your order to Acoya Fashion Company at the address provided below at your expense:

Acoya Fashion Company reserves the right not to accept the return of damaged, soiled or altered goods.

Our quality control team checks all items for any faults before they are dispatched. If you receive any item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately on 22960909 or email info@walkinclosetshop.com

Returned items should be in their original packaging to insure protection.

Any brand packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and boxes should be included with your return.

All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface upon arrival. Shoes boxes are considered part of the product and should be protected otherwise your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged and may be sent back to the customer.

Beauty products must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Swimsuits, bikini bottoms, jewelry and sunglass returns are not eligible to our return policy but we can consider some cases within 24 hours request.

Please note that if items are damaged because of wear and tear are considered to be a damage of miss-use and shall not be returned.

Original invoice must be present at the time of the return.

For international return we prefer that items are returned to us via DHL, FedEx or any secure means to ensure that they arrive safely and insured during transit.

Please note that we may not accept liability for goods that are not returned via global shipping courier.

Please obtain proof of shipping from the courier in case your package fails to reach us.

All items must be returned from the same country to which they were delivered.

Return Process:

Please return the items to Walkin Closet store following the return policy above.

Your item will be checked upon receipt by our team to ensure it meets our return conditions, and you will be duly notified if the return request has been approved or denied.

You can determine the eligibility of your item for return by contacting our customer service via email.

The team will be able to inform you whether or not the item is accepted for return, or if the return period has expired.

Refund Process:

Refund for successfully returned items will be initiated to the original payment method.

Original shipping and duties charges will not be refunded. Customs duties and taxes are also non-refundable.

Please note shipment cost for returns will be borne by the customer as the returns will be submitted through the same customs procedures and therefore are applicable for duty and tax again.

The refunded sum may take up to 14 working days to reflect in your account due to varying processing times between banks.
